Terms
These terms cover the public 28to3.me website and commercial offers for Actionscope, Afterglow, Command Center, SophPDF Debloat, and Soph Explorer Debloat. 28to3.me sells Actionscope — GitHub Actions minute visibility — Afterglow, Command Center, and the Soph* Debloat family. The open-source Action is also licensed under the repository LICENSE on GitHub.
The free Action
The GitHub Action is free. Estimates show wall time, rounded minutes, runner SKU, GitHub list-price $, and included-minute burn. They are not a GitHub invoice and may differ from billed usage, especially on public repos or self-hosted runners.
Org pilot and seats
The $49 org pilot is a booking fee for a Minute Teardown: one GitHub organization, one week, and one written artifact that names which workflows, jobs, and OSes ate the minutes and what to change. It is not a software license or App seat. The $19/seat plan ships with the GitHub App. Pay the booking fee through the Stripe Payment Link on this site. The seller is 28to3.me.
Minute Cheat Sheet
Minute Cheat Sheet is a one-page PDF sold by 28to3.me for $0.99 one-time. Pay through the Stripe Payment Link on this site. After payment, download it from Stripe Instant Download on the receipt. It is not a software seat and not the $49 Minute Teardown.
Tips
A tip is optional. The amount is open — you choose it on Stripe from the tip page. $1 minimum. $5 preset. A tip is not a software seat, not a PDF, and not a booking fee. The free tools stay free.
Actions Bill Memo
Actions Bill Memo is a one-page PDF sold by 28to3.me for $0.99 one-time. It frames a GitHub Actions paste or screenshot — minute rounding, OS multipliers — and leaves blanks for org, week, and what to cut. Pay through the Stripe Payment Link on this site. After payment, download the PDF from the Stripe success page. It is not a software seat and not the $49 Minute Teardown.
SophPDF Debloat
SophPDF Debloat is a lite PDF editor sold by 28to3.me for $0.99 one-time. Pay through the Stripe Payment Link on this site. The source repository is private.

Command Center
Command Center is a free clipboard command palette sold by 28to3.me. It is free forever. There is no Stripe checkout and no software seat. Afterglow
Afterglow is a free product sold by 28to3.me. GPS triggers a precise pin. Inside a ~50ft / 15m listen radius you can hear residue — ranked by plays, never a rating of the place. It is not reviews.
